Travancore Cochin 4 Pies Anchal Card

Anchal card was used in the Travancore period. Anchal Post was the early postal service started in the Kingdom of Travancore and Cochin before the Independence of India. It was started in Travancore in 1729 by Anizham Thirunal Marthandavarma. Later in the 1770s it was started in Kochi as well. The Travancore Cochin is the new Kerala State
